Katie - Founder / Managing Director
Bringing over a decade in project management and production to Away, Katie discovered her passion for industrial-focused marketing during a stint at a work boot brand. After googling “how to start a creative agency”, she founded Away Capture to create an environment that encourages creatives to showcase new perspectives of the trades. Known as an empowerer, Katie has a stellar track record of getting the best possible results out of her teams.
Went - Founder / Creative Director
After 5 years of creative in the work boot industry, Went shifted his focus to his favorite part of his job - photo and video capture of industrial work spaces. Went is always dreaming up bigs ideas but especially excels at diving deep into new topics or job industries, producing high-quality projects while bringing good people along and ensuring crew safety.
